1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.

  • Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional production time. Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the artwork — we will notify you of the estimated time before shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via UPS for both domestic and international orders.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your items.

  • A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your order.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by destination. General estimates:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

4. Packaging & Protection

We take exceptional care in packaging your order:

  • Prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers or tubes, depending on size.

  • Framed art and original paintings are wrapped in foam padding and excess bubble wrap, then double-boxed or packed in reinforced cartons.

  • Jewelry is shipped in padded gift boxes, wrapped securely for protection.

  • All items are marked as fragile and handled with care.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account on our website to view order and shipping status.

6. Delays, Damages, or Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.

    We’ll work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Return Shipments & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed signature, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
